Outreaches
Along with our own outreaches, Waveside is also involved with the following organizations in reaching our community and beyond:
ALTAR INTERNATIONAL: Missions to the country of Greece.
ASSOCIATION OF RELATED CHURCHES: Works with church planters, church leaders, and churches in transition to provide support, guidance and resources to launch and grow life-giving churches.
MALIBU BOYS & GIRLS CLUB: Serving the teens of Malibu with after-school and year long programs which guide and inspire them to make positive life choices.
MALIBU RELIEF: Provides automotive check-ups and coordination of minor projects for single women and senior citizens of Malibu. Also assists with community emergency response as needed.
MERCY MINISTRIES: Free-of-charge, voluntary, faith-based residential program serving young women from all socio-economic backgrounds, ages 13-28, who face a combination of life-controlling issues such as eating disorders, self-harm, drug and alcohol addictions, depression and unplanned pregnancy.
OASIS OF HOLLYWOOD: Reaching at-risk children & teens in Hollywood monthly on Friday nights.
S.O.S.: Providing food and resources to the Homeless in the Malibu area on the 4th Thursday of every month.
WORLD COMPASSION: Humanitarian outreaches, Church planting, discipleship training and literature distribution throughout Iraq, China, Afghanistan and Myanmar.
